Karlos hotel in Zagreb offered a room with an absolutely stunning view. From the window, I could see the beautiful city skyline, which made waking up in the morning quite a pleasure. the hotel's database provided helpful information about nearby attractions and transportation options, making it easy for me to plan my day.

It felt cramped and outdated, and the bed was just a pull-out sofa, which was too small for my height. Unfortunately, this led to a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

Thank you very much for really great stay, having setting on public transport to take to city centre. Nice welcome from host. A comfy and handy location being close enough to downtown and Zagreb and Croatia and bus station...

Great location, very close to the bus station and easy access to public transport. The balcony had a fantastic view, definitely a highlight. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even though they were not present during our stay.

The elevator was out of order and we were not informed beforehand. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up seven flights of stairs, which was a major inconvenience.

I had a great stay at Apartment Karlos for 2 nights. Anita, the host, was extremely nice and welcoming, even when I arrived late at night. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main bus station. The apartment itself is cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly weather in February. The facilities were excellent and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed rest for my back. it was a wonderful experience and one of the best places I've stayed in my travels.

The location of this apartment is mind-blowingly convenient, with the main bus station just a 5-minute walk away and the train station only around a 10-minute walk. The apartment itself is super well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a jaw-dropping view, and even air conditioning for those hot summer days. The hosts, Anita and Karl, are the best I've ever encountered, providing a warm and friendly welcome even when I arrived late at night. The apartment's easy access to the airport shuttle is a major plus, and there's even a supermarket and cafés nearby. this place is truly fantastic and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zagreb.

The value for our money at Apartment Karlos was exceptional. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and great facilities. The location was perfect for us, being close to the main bus station and within easy access to the city center. The staff, especially Anita, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
